  • How much does it cost to sell with dropshipping?

    Sign up for dropshipping and start your dropshipping business for only $30 per month. dropshipping provides a simple and flexible platform for you to launch your dropshipping business.

    Our monthly fee includes real-time data feeds, bulk import functionality, and API access, allowing you to keep track of products, pricing, stock, and order management.   • Can I sell worldmall products without registering as a dropshipping seller?

    You cannot dropship worldmall products without registering with us as a dropshipping seller.

    The fee is $30/month. You can become a dropshipping seller by signing up here.

  • How do I become a dropshipper with dropshipping?

    Become a worldmall dropshipper by signing up via our website. The steps are really simple and fuss-free.

    Step 1:

    Click on “Sign up” button on worldmall’s B2B commercial site and choose the country you are willing to sell to.

    Fill in the information required for registration step-by-step including your email address, choose a password, and click ‘Create account’.

    Notes:

    Users can set up multiple accounts, but one email address is valid only for one account.

    If you have a valid tax number, you choose the account to be under “business” processes, otherwise opt for a private account.

    The billing details are needed for both business and private accounts.

    Step 2:

    The next step is to hit the subscribe button and pay the monthly charge of $30.

    Step 3:

    It will take us 2-5 business days to verify your account. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with login information so that you can start using your account on our dropshipping platform.

  • Is dropshipping available in my country?

    Absolutely! No matter what country you live in, you can become a dropshipper with dropshipping.

    Currently worldmall ships to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom and the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

  • How long does it take before my account is verified?

    If your register as a private user, your account will be created within 1-2 working days.

    If you register as a business user with a valid VAT number, we will notify you of additional verification steps via email, which will take some additional time.

  • Can I sell items to different countries with one account?

    Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. Every account is tied to a single country. If you are looking to ship products to more than one country, you will need an additional account for each country you wish to ship to.

  • How can I open a new selling country?

    You need to re-register for a new B2B account. Please click on “Sign up” button on worldmall’s B2B commercial site and choose the country you are willing to sell to.

  • Is dropshipping’s content only available in English?

    No. We can provide translated content in 26 different languages. Easily upload content onto your website in XML or CSV formats. Please note that we currently only provide one language per account.

  • Can I add worldmall product imagery to my own website?

    Yes. You can add worldmall product imagery to your own website if you are registered with us as a dropshipping seller.

  • Can I sell worldmall products on different marketplaces, like eBay and Amazon?

    Yes. Once you are a registered seller with dropshipping, you can sell worldmall products on different marketplaces.

  • Do I need to have a registered business and valid tax number to become a dropshipping seller?

    If you register with us as a private seller you will not be required to produce a valid tax number.

    If you register with us as a business, you will be required to provide us your valid tax number.

Orders and Payments

  • Can I sell products in my local currency?

    Yes. You can sell products in the local currency that you register with and we only accept local currency payments. If you wish to sell in the UK, the products will be sold in GBP. If you wish to sell in Germany, the products will be in euros, and so on...

  • What methods of payment do you support?

    Payment methods currently available with dropshipping include Paypal, credit card and wallet function (buy credit to add to your dropshipping Wallet).

    Payment of the monthly $30 subscription fee is only supported by PayPal.

  • Are the prices exclusive of tax?

    Yes. The prices highlighted on the product feed are exclusive of tax. The price including tax is calculated at the checkout.

  • What happens after I have made my payment?

    Once we have received your payment, we will prepare your order for shipping and send you a track and trace code by email. Please find further information in our Dropshipper Guide.

  • Are there any additional costs?

    Aside from the $30/month registration fee, we do not charge you any additional costs to dropship with dropshipping.

  • Where can I find product prices?

    Once you register successfully and your account is created, you will receive a welcome email with feed included. Feed will be sync automatically.

  • When am I allowed to cancel my dropshipping subscription fee?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just send an email to [email protected].

  • How many years is the warranty on worldmall products?

    All our items have a warranty of 2~3 years(except US).

  • How do I place an order using dropshipping?

  • Does dropshipping take care of warranty issues?

    Absolutely. We will take care of all warranty issues(except US).

Shipping

  • Which countries does dropshipping ship to?

    We ship orders to customers in the following countries:

    Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom and the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

    However, you can only ship to one country at a time with one account. You will need to open a new account for each country you would like to ship to.

  • Do I get a tracking number for my order?

    Yes. Once you sign in to your account, you can find tracking numbers for each shipping order available in “Order History”.

  • Who is responsible for shipping?

    We will handle all shipping duties and make sure orders arrive safely with your end customer.

  • Can I have my own logo printed on the package?

    No. This is not currently possible with dropshipping.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    Apart from Australia, worldmall will not charge customers for shipping costs.

    Australia: Shipping costs depend on the location and weight of the parcel. For more details, please check the Dropshipper Guide in the Help Center.

  • Are invoices placed in the packages of the products?

    No. Invoices will never be placed inside the package of an order. Invoices are only ever sent directly to the seller a.k.a our registered dropshipping partner.

  • What is the shipping time?

    Shipping time varies country to country. For more detailed information, please check the feed.

  • Which shipping methods does dropshipping provide?

    Shipping with dropshipping is done via land transport. Our warehouse works with different logistics carriers in different countries.

Returns

  • Are returns free?

    Certain fees apply If the return reason is “Not As Expected”. Click here for more details.

  • What is the customer service procedure?

    Our team is on hand to help with any queries you may have. All services will be provided in English and the response time will be at least one business day.

Feed and Plugins

  • What are plugins?

    Plugins are software additions that enable you to customise your webshop or app. Our plugins for dropshipping allow you to integrate your ecommerce store with data from worldmall such as stock levels and pricing.

  • What is a real-time data feed?

    The real-time data feed contains worldmall product content, price and stock. It is updated on an hourly basis in .csv or .xml.

  • How often do the data feeds get updated?

    The inventory is updated on an hourly basis. The price is updated on a daily basis.
